| Mainstays of the Power Pop surge in the late 70s, Doug and The Knack exploded onto the L.A. music scene in 1979 with the enormous hit, "My Sharona", selling six million copies worldwide. They followed up with a series of successful albums, and shared gigs at the Troubadour and Starwood with Tom Petty, Steven Stills, and Bruce Springsteen. Today, Doug continues to write and record in L.A., contributing material to other groups and artists including the Manhattan Transfer. |

“I don't usually use effects boxes, but JangleBox is wonderful! And because I'm a musician who doesn't often get up that early in the morning, now when I pick up a 12-string to play in the jingle-jangle afternoon, I'll plug into this box first. Very cool!”
